If anyone has the BEST anniversary dates, it is definitely Tara and Bryan! All they need to remember is “August 20th”… read more and see why! Their engagement session at India Point Park in the middle of winter was perfect, and complementing it with my first ever Providence brewery session made it so memorable.

Tara and Bryan met online, and when they decided they wanted to meet in person, the obvious choice was a brewery. They are both IPA lovers and connoisseurs, so their first hops together were at Shoveltown brewer’s pop up summer beer garden in Foxboro. Tara knew he was then one when Bryan surprised her with a vinyl record she had been in search of, Joni Mitchell’s Blue album (big big points, Bryan!)

Their first date was on August 20th, 2021, and after exactly a year of dating, Bryan proposed to Tara at an O.A.R. concert, in front of all their friends, family and the thousands of others at the show, and he proposed to her during “Wild Ones” song. She said yes, and obviously, this is the best concert they have ever been to!

So guess what? Their wedding day will be in exactly 3 months, on August 20th 2023! The fact that all of their dates lined up this perfectly is the coolest thing ever.

Tara and Bryan are my kind of people. They love comedy, concerts, making puzzles, watching live music spending time with friends and family, and taking their dog Louie to breweries (how cute is he, by the way?) So no wonder why they chose to have part of their engagement session at a Providence brewery. We stopped by the Narragansett Brewery in Providence for some action shots and these type of locations are my new favorite.
