COMPLIMENTARY YEARBOOK SESSIONS
(CHS STUDENTS ONLY):
All Coventry High School seniors must have their yearbook photo taken with me. To make this accessible for everyone, I offer complimentary 5-minute sessions at the school. These sessions are a great option for students who choose not to book a private session and still want a professional yearbook photo.
Sessions take place during the second week of August, with a make-up day in September. Registration is required.
15-MINUTE SESSION:
Perfect if you want a simple, efficient session with a beautiful selection of images—no long shoots, just a strong, curated set to choose from.
Offered at the Japanese Garden at Roger Williams Park, the RI State House, and Browning Mill Pond in Exeter.

20-MINUTE SESSION:
Take your session to the next level with access to some of Rhode Island’s most sought-after locations, giving you more variety, movement, and a more relaxed pace.
Choose between the beach, Downtown vibe, stunning parks, or a charming New England town setting.
New this year, Goddard State Park and the India Point Park join the lineup. These true Rhode Island staples are a stunning backdrop for classic outdoor portraits.
Waterplace Park is one of Downtown Providence’s best hidden gems.

I know... the dreaded senior photos. The thought of "posing" makes you nervous and thinking of getting new portraits is just not appealing.
And if you're anything like my teenage daughter, you probably think no angle is flattering enough, or that whatever you do it just feels "awkward" or "forced" (and I proved her wrong, too!)
So what makes me different? The difference is that my sessions are fun, fast-paced, and a unique photography experience that everyone enjoys! Unless you've modeled professionally, you're probably going to feel awkward in front of the camera. Heck, I take photos for a living and I even feel like a deer in the headlights when I'm in front of the camera.
You're going to feel awkward the first five minutes, but as the session goes on and I coach you from beginning to end, you'll find that being photographed can actually be fun. I will make you feel confident and I promise you'll love your photos!

I AM SO AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA. Will MY photos turn out okay?

You really don't have to, but some of my seniors choose to do them to take their portraits to the next level. Even if you are someone that is not used to wearing make-up, a professional artist will make sure that you look natural, beautiful and comfortable. Professional makeup and hair photograph beautifully and elevates your images even more!

The sooner the better, especially for on-location shoots! The most sought-after locations (like the beach) book up quickly. The deadline to submit your yearbook photos is September 23, so let's get your session booked!
There is a $30 rebooking fee if you miss your complimentary appointment.

How far in advance should i book?
q:
You can take advantage of a complimentary 5-minute Yearbook photo session done at the school on selected days in August. These are done using neutral backgrounds. If you want a more unique senior portrait experience, you can book a 15 or 20 minute session at four different locations on selected days from June through September. The sitting fee for "on-location" sessions start at $79, and you will choose your yearbook photo from the gallery.

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll have access to the CHS Senior Session Style Guide! It's full of great information and outfit ideas. Please note that your yearbook photos require that you wear clothes according to the school dress code.

These sessions are designed to be short but packed with amazing portraits, so you won't have time to change into a different outfit.
However, you can bring your sports jersey, sports equipment, and even layers (like a jean jacket, sweaters, or accesories like a hat or a scarf) for a quick different look.
